Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is hiring a Merchandiser for the Chain Retail Division to support daily routes, stock displays, and provide excellent customer service to accounts. The role involves stocking, merchandising, and assisting with major deliveries while building attractive wine and beer displays.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be able to work weekends, and possess knowledge of wine and beer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Ability to work weekends as part of schedule.
• Prior sales or merchandising experience preferred.
• Wine and beer industry knowledge is a plus; strong communication required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders, rotate back stock, stock shelves, display PO’s, and build displays.
• Provide excellent customer service to accounts.
• Stocking, merchandising or rotating products on displays and the shelf.
• Run routes and support major deliveries by assisting the delivery driver with unloading product, checking in and stocking order.
• Build wine and beer displays.
• Assist in completing store resets in established territory.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
