Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is hiring a Merchandiser in San Marcos, CA. You will stock and rotate shelves, build displays, manage POS materials, and conduct store resets for remodels or seasonal changes, while building strong relationships with accounts.

You’ll learn beer, wine and spirits knowledge, maintain professional conduct, and travel to customer locations with reliable transportation. This role may require occasional weekends and lifting up to 65 lbs.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift 45–65 pounds and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and rotating shelves.
