Job summary

Saratoga Eagle Sales & Service Inc. is hiring a full-time Beverage Merchandiser to support retailers in the Latham, NY area. The role requires weekend availability and involves stocking, merchandising, and POS maintenance to maximize account coverage.

The position includes mileage reimbursement, uniforms, and a cell phone allowance, with benefits spanning health, dental, vision, and retirement options. You will work with a team to ensure product displays meet client needs and company standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of database software; Internet software.
• Valid driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation throughout work day.
• Excellent communication skills and people skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet store owner or manager to review specific instructions.
• Display merchandise that meet customer’s needs, and emphasizes selling points of article such as quality.
• Based on instruction from the salesman, places new merchandise on display.
• Organizes customer’s back room.
• Repackages any damaged packages and replace on shelf or cooler for customer.
• Monitors and updates shelf tags.
• Takes inventory of stock and reports low volumes and out of stock situations.
• Assists with resets as needed.
• Maintain current and themed P.O.S. to ensure maximum account coverage.
• Adheres to all standards in sales manual (rotation etc).
• Checks voicemail 3 to 4 times daily/communicates with drivers and salesmen on a regular basis.

The schedule for this position is Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! Weekend days are required.
