Danone is seeking a Business Unit Leader for our Dallas, Texas beverage manufacturing facility. You will partner with senior plant leadership to drive performance, develop frontline leaders, and oversee a large-scale operation focused on safety, quality, delivery and continuous improvement.

You will champion a world-class safety culture, coach multiple leaders to achieve plant and business objectives, and build strategic plans that align with annual targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of operational leaders to drive performance across the manufacturing area.
• Build and execute strategic plans that support safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean, CI and Integrated Work Systems (IWS).
• Partner with plant leadership to ensure consistent execution of operational priorities.
• Coach leaders in servant leadership, engagement, accountability and high performance.
