Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative beverage programs, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor costs to maximize profitability.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment through feedback, issue resolution, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 2 years of management experience in a beverage-related setting.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming badge and ABLE license.
• Knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
