Beverage Manager

As a Beverage Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll oversee beverage operations, craft drink menus, manage inventory, and lead a team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute beverage programs, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor costs.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure quality and standards.
• Oversee bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Promote a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a beverage-related establishment.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming badge and ABLE license.
• Knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and industry best practices.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
