Training:
We invest in our leaders from day one. Managers participate in ahands-on training programdesigned to immerse you in every aspect of our operation. You’ll work side-by-side with talented culinary and service professionals, gaining real experience, building relationships, and developing the confidence to lead. Training location will be in Philadelphia, PA where the only Village Whiskey is currently operating.
Job Description:
The Beverage Manager plays a key role in leading Village Whiskey's operations and supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, fostering employee engagement, and driving financial success. This position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence through effective supervision of daily activities, as well as overseeing the hiring, training, and development of both management and hourly team members.
The Beverage Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the restaurant’s beverage program, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the highest standards of service. This role is fully accountable for achieving beverage program performance targets and driving results. The Beverage Manager maintains strict compliance with company standards, assists in achieving performance goals, and actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall restaurant performance.
