Village Whiskey in Nashville’s Gulch is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Training:

We invest in our leaders from day one. Managers participate in ahands‑on training programdesigned to immerse you in every aspect of our operation. You’ll work side‑by‑side with talented culinary and service professionals, gaining real experience, building relationships, and developing the confidence to lead. Training location will be in Philadelphia, PA where the only Village Whiskey is currently operating.

Job Description:

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in leading Village Whiskey's operations and supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, fostering employee engagement, and driving financial success. This position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence through effective supervision of daily activities, as well as overseeing the hiring, training, and development of both management and hourly team members. The Assistant General Manager maintains strict compliance with company standards, assists in achieving performance goals, and actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall restaurant performance.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years operations management experience.

• Superior leadership, management and analytical skills with a proven ability to deliver exceptional operational performance.

• Strong organization and time management skills needed to be able to help run a Training Week at a New Restaurant Opening.

• Ability to hire and schedule new employees for New Restaurant Opening.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
