We are hiring a Beverage Manager at Hotel West & Main, Tapestry by Hilton.

We seek an experienced and dynamic Beverage Manager to lead our beverage program and assist in restaurant operations at Hook & Ladder Skybar and 1874 Social. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the restaurant management team to oversee daily operations, train staff, and uphold high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Direct the operational efforts and strategies of the bar.
2. Supervise and guide all bar associates.
3. Train associates to perform their duties effectively.
4. Stay informed of current beverage trends and innovate accordingly.
5. Assist in scheduling, evaluating staff, and directing personnel.
6. Maintain open communication between management and staff.
7. Handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
8. Provide staff with necessary tools and equipment.
9. Address issues promptly in the bar or restaurant.
10. Participate in staff meetings.
11. Establish goals, standards, and objectives to enhance reputation and profitability.
12. Ensure compliance with food and liquor laws and regulations.
13. Manage budgets and control costs, expenses, sales, and profits.
14. Maintain records, menus, checklists, and recipes.
15. Ensure availability and maintenance of supplies and equipment.
16. Adhere to standards for storage, rotation, production, and quality.
17. Follow cleaning schedules diligently.
18. Promote positive employee relations and adhere to HR policies.
19. Maintain professionalism aligned with Concord Hospitality standards.
20. Ensure a safe work environment following all safety procedures.

Annual Salary: $46,000 - $57,000
