is set to unveil Borromini, his highly anticipated trattoria in the heart of Rittenhouse Square in late summer 2025. Housed in the historic 13,000-square-foot Alison Building at 1805 Walnut Street, Borromini promises to be a landmark dining destination, featuring a menu crafted by acclaimed New York chef Mark Ladner and Executive Chef Julian Baker. With a design that mirrors the energy of Parc, Borromini will offer an immersive Italian dining experience across two floors, complemented by an expansive sidewalk café.

The team is in search of a dynamic Beverage Manager who is excited to be part of a large, passionate, cohesive team providing genuine hospitality to create memorable dining experiences.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 2+ years of experience overseeing an evolving beverage program at a reputable restaurant

  • Basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word, Excel, scheduling software, Open Table, Applicant Tracking /Onboarding HR systems)
  • A strong understanding of wine varietals and craft cocktails
