We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beverage Manager to lead our beverage program and uphold our commitment to excellence.

The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar and beverage operations. This includes developing innovative drink menus, managing inventory and cost controls, training bartenders, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a beverage management or head bartender role, preferably in a high-end or craft cocktail environment
• Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and mixology
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff effectively
• Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mentality
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred
