Responsibilities

• Manage receipts of incoming bulk spirits, flavors, and processing materials with SAP entry.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for bulk liquids, flavors, and dry ingredients.
• Review daily Process Orders to ensure SAP inventory accuracy for processing tanks.
• Track whiskey movements from receipt through processing for traceability.
• Audit and maintain SOPs; report findings to the Processing Manager.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Warehousing, and leads to align weekly needs.
• Assist with quarterly inventories for regulatory reporting and monthly gauging.
