While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Working hands‑on in any kitchen environment to ensure all china, glass and silverware, flatware, dish machines, etc. are cleaned and maintained according to Station Casinos standards and specifications
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department polices and the Department of Health
• Ensuring and complying with a safe and hazard free work environment according to the Department of Health and OSHA regulations

• The ability to learn the basics of detergents, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware‑washing procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs. on a pushcart, and enter walk‑ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without assistance
• Ability to obtain all necessary work cards
