Job summary

Tous Les Jours is seeking a Beverage R&D Specialist in Commerce, CA to lead development of the bakery café's beverage portfolio, including coffee, tea, and seasonal offerings. You will drive innovation from concept to commercialization, ensuring beverages enhance guest experience and align with brand strategy.

The role requires collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, QC, and Procurement to identify trends, create best-in-class beverage offerings, and ensure successful store-wide

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage development and product ideation for menu items.
• Ability to conduct sensory evaluations and balance taste, cost, and scale.
• Proven collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new beverage products across coffee, tea, and specialty categories.
• Create seasonal and core menu beverage offerings.
• Develop recipes for taste, quality, profitability and execution.
• Conduct product research, testing, and sensory evaluations.
• Manage beverage products from ideation to launch.
• Create and maintain beverage documentation and cost information.
