Job summary

Cambria Hotel Louisville Downtown - Whiskey Row is hiring a Barista to greet guests, prepare beverages, and assist with daily cafe operations. You will handle orders, maintain cleanliness, and ensure accurate POS processing while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality and customer service experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete training in food preparation, service skills, and customer service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work area for daily operations.
• Greet guests and verify age before serving alcoholic beverages.
• Describe products to customers, answer questions, and make menu suggestions.
• Take call-in food orders over the phone in a pleasant manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and baked goods.
• Customize beverage and food orders per guest requests.
• Enter food and drink orders accurately into the POS system and process payments.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
• Stock supplies and ensure stations are stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness in service and seating areas.
