Quest Food Management Services LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and serving coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and light refreshments for employees, guests, and visitors in a corporate office setting.

You will maintain a clean, welcoming café, operate POS systems, handle cash, and support catering and events. This role mainly follows Monday through Friday business hours, with opportunities for growth and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate espresso machines and related equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and accurately process transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, equipment, seating areas, and storage spaces.
• Stock and replenish food, beverage, and supply inventory throughout the day.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
• Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring beverages and food items meet company standards.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory.
• Communicate customer feedback and operational needs to management.
• Support catering requests, meetings, and special events as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient café operations and a positive customer experience.
