Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Auburndale, FL is seeking a Filler Operator to run automated filling, capping and packaging lines in a fast‑paced beverage production environment. You will monitor equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure GMP compliance to safeguard safety and product quality.

The role requires 2+ years of production experience, a High School diploma or GED, forklift certification, and strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience as a Production or Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read, interpret, and operate digital control panels and production indicators.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control standards in food or beverage production.
Forklift certification with ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated filling, capping and packaging equipment to meet targets.
Set up equipment, perform changeovers, cleaning and sanitation per GMP.
Inspect raw materials for compliance and ensure finished products meet established quality standards.
Execute in‑process quality checks and accurately document production data.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
