Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Filler Operator for our Auburndale, FL production facility. You will operate automated filling lines, monitor quality, and document production data to ensure safety and consistency of beverages.

You will perform setup, changeovers, and sanitation per GMP, while collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to drive continuous improvement. This is a 12‑hour shift, with overtime and weekend rotations as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years as Production or Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; troubleshoot during start‑up and shutdown.
  • Experience with automated filling, packaging, or casing equipment preferred.
  • Able to read, interpret, and operate digital control panels and production indicators.
  • Knowledge of GMP and quality control standards in food or beverage production.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and long periods of standing during 12‑hour shifts.
  • Adaptability to rotate schedules, overtime, and weekends.
  • Effective communication and basic math skills to support documentation and process accuracy.
  • Collaborative mindset with commitment to continuous learning in a fast‑paced production setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage filler line activities including robotic and casing operations, ensuring efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Respond promptly to equipment alerts or performance deviations, troubleshooting issues to restore operations quickly.
  • Utilize computer terminals and operator interface technology to track production metrics and support data‑driven decisions.
  • Apply safety protocols at all times, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
  • Provide relief for other operational roles to maintain continuous production flow.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.

What You’ll Do for Us

Requirements & Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience .
  • 2+ years of experience as a Production or Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Range: United States: 50,357 - 61,547 USD Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
