Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Filler Operator II for the night shift at the Auburndale, FL facility. You will operate and monitor automated filling lines, perform changeovers, and ensure GMP-compliant sanitation and quality checks to sustain production targets.

You will read digital control panels, document production data, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to drive continuous improvement while adhering to safety protocols and shift schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent; 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with automated filling, packaging or casing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret digital control panels and production indicators.
• Knowledge of GMP and food/beverage quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated filling, capping, and packaging equipment to maintain productivity and quality targets.
• Perform equipment set-up, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation following GMP.
• Inspect raw materials for compliance and ensure finished products meet quality standards, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Execute in-process quality checks and document production data per quality system procedures.
• Manage filler line activities including robotic and casing operations to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Respond to equipment alerts or performance deviations and troubleshoot to restore operations quickly.
• Use computer terminals and operator interfaces to track production metrics and support data-driven decisions.
• Follow safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout and support a zero-accident culture.
• Provide relief for other roles to maintain continuous production flow when required.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to identify process improvements.
