Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Field Sales Representative to energize bottler relationships and drive distribution across the assigned territory. You will educate partner representatives, execute marketing programs, and lead initiatives to grow Monster’s presence at chain and local accounts.

In this role, you will manage bottler sales, leverage CRM tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit budget targets and market share goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or marketing experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Experience in beverage/CPG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate bottler partners to drive distribution and volume.
• Support retail execution, displays, and promotions.
• Utilize Monster tools (CRM, surveys, data) to maximize results.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to drive sales.
