Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our beverage and catering operations. You will shape menus, manage costs, and build strong vendor relationships to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, expertise in mixology, and a structured approach to operations, inventory, and team management in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience, plus 2+ years in the industry (bartending, serving, etc.).
• Strong background in beverage operations, inventory control, and vendor relations.
• Experience in cocktail and mocktail menu development.
• Reasonable experience in Kitchen Operations.
• Ability to monitor cost control and purchasing strategies.
• TIPs and ServSafe Certification required.
• Must be able to manage a team of 30-40 staff members.

• Oversee beverage and catering operations with a strategic approach.
• Develop cocktail and mocktail menus and ensure consistent quality.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and purchasing strategies to maintain profitability.
