Job summary

Beverage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair beverage equipment across customer sites in the Western Pennsylvania area. You will diagnose issues, perform installations and maintenance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel, weekend coverage on a rotating basis, and the ability to work with a dispatch team to coordinate service visits. Company provided benefits and opportunities for professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must have electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Must be able to read volts, amps, ohms and continuity on multimeters.
• Must have some plumbing knowledge.
• Must provide your own general tools; specialty tools provided on loan by the company.

Responsibilities

• Installations, repairs and maintenance on commercial beverage equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Communicate with supervisor when extra training is needed.
• Maintain company vehicles in good working condition and keep documentation up-to-date.
• Fill out field service reports legibly and with information.
