Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an on-site service technician to install, service, repair, and maintain beverage dispensing equipment at customer locations. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and train customers on proper operation to ensure optimal drink quality and high customer satisfaction.

You will travel regionally, manage vehicle and equipment, and coordinate with dispatch and management to prioritize calls and ensure timely closures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and technical school certification.
• Experience in beverage, refrigeration, plumbing and electronic systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations.
• Basic mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to apply basic skills with tools and processes.
• Flexibility for on-call, weekend and varied schedules.

Responsibilities

• Receive dispatched service calls and ensure prompt response.
• Diagnose and repair issues; perform quality drink checks (ratio, temperature, taste).
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed and train customers on maintenance.
• Keep vehicle and inventory in good condition; report service activities accurately.
• Travel region to assist with other projects and coordinate with dispatcher and supervisor.
• Act as liaison between manager and sales team regarding customer concerns.
