Job summary

Sundance Beverage Company, part of National Beverage, is seeking a District Sales Manager in Louisiana to grow sales of Sundance and National Beverage products across assigned markets. You will lead distributor sales, provide product training, analyze market conditions, and support shelf placement and merchandising during market visits.

The role requires travel, lifting up to 25 lbs, and a Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years beverage sales experience; reliable transportation and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business or related major preferred.
• 1-3 years beverage sales experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver License with less than 5 points.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Highly motivated, outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and a self-starter.
• Able to travel and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor sales activities and provide the direction, leadership and motivation required for the proper sales execution.
• Provide distributors with product awareness and development training on selling National Beverage products.
• Analyze competitive performance by monitoring overall market conditions and account activity to enhance market position and anticipate consumer needs.
• While visiting each market, this representative must be available to execute account resets/merchandising placing Company glide trays, POS, and be able to replenish shelf stock with our Sundance Brands.
• Assistance in the set-up and placement of cooler equipment.
• While in the market, this representative must be able to handle and lift Sundance case weights that vary from 27lbs ( Everfresh 64oz case ) to our heaviest case at 42lbs ( Faygo 24oz ).
• Will require overnight travel to other markets and in order to obtain new accounts.
