The Beverage Director manages all beverage operations across multiple outlets, focusing on menu creation, cost control, inventory management, and ensuring high-quality service. Responsibilities include organizing wine dinners and tastings, overseeing staff, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with laws and safety standards. The role requires full-time commitment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Two- or four-year degree in hospitality or equivalent experience in catering, events, or hospitality sales. Progressive experience in relevant settings; private club experience preferred but not required.
