Job summary

Mohegan PA is seeking a Concession Attendant for our Wilkes-Barre coffee shop. You will take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages, and handle cash using the POS system while ensuring guest satisfaction. This on-call, part-time role requires a friendly, efficient approach in a fast-paced environment.

You must be 21+ or have a GED/high school diploma; prior food service experience is preferred. Knowledge of alcohol awareness and safe service is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or possess a High school diploma or GED; or one month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in food service or related role preferred.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle cash accurately.

• Take and prepare orders, serve food and beverages.
• Maintain inventory and balance receipts daily.
• Check IDs and ensure alcohol service compliance.
