Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years’ category management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own annual category plan and three-year strategic vision for each category.
• Review category monthly and yearly performance financials including P&L.
• Lead vendor processes including product reviews, cost negotiations, RFPs, and supply chain management.
• Manage inventory and controls; engage in category trends to support planning.
• Supervise and develop direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Partner with culinary, innovation, and brand teams on profit plans and promotions.
