Indian Boundary Golf Course in Chicago, IL is seeking a Beverage Cart/Grill Attendant to deliver friendly, on-course service and assist with grill items. You will operate the beverage cart, handle food service, and ensure a safe, compliant guest experience.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, daily sales reporting, and timely communication with management. Regular attendance and the ability to meet state alcohol-age requirements are essential for this full-time role.

Indian Boundary Golf Course is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Beverage Cart/Grill Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Enjoy spending your summer working at one of Chicago's most popular golf courses. Indian Boundary focuses on providing a positive golf experience for golfers of all ages and skill levels, while providing a fun atmosphere and a variety of beverages and grill food for guests to enjoy on and off the course. All beverage cart attendants specialize in on-course beverage service and preparing/working the outdoor grill for public golf, as well as outing events in our Banquet tent. Compensation is competitive and all employees earn golf privileges at all 10 FPG courses in the Cook County Chicago area.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour + tips BOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirms beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
• Stocks and cleans beverage cart throughout the day.
• Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests while on the course.
• Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of facility.
• Reviews schedules for changes, calendar of events and club activities on a daily basis.
• Accountable for all checks and cash transactions that may, at times, may be high volume.
• Utilizes Point of Sales system (POS)and creates daily sales reports.
• Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage and Chef.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience preferred but not required.
