Job summary

Century Golf Partners Management seeks a Beverage Cart Attendant to deliver exceptional beverage service at the clubhouse and beverage cart. You will be responsible for menu knowledge, accurate sales, and creating memorable guest experiences.

The role requires previous food and beverage service, a high-energy personality, and training in Food and Alcohol Server Safety. Seasonal, on-site at PGA West in La Quinta, CA.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage service experience.
• High-energy outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion for exceeding guest expectations.
• Must be trained in Food and Alcohol Server Safety.

Responsibilities

• Has knowledge of all menus including specials.
• Understands liquor, beer and wine offered to guests.
• Records all sales of food and beverages accurately.
• Creates memorable experiences, indoors and out, for every guest.
• Greets guests warmly and uses their name when possible.
• Provides attentive service, takes and fills orders accurately, uses guest names.
• Ends with a fond farewell using the guest's name.
• Operates beverage cart and manages the cash bank.
• Checks fuel and fluid levels before use.
• Follows procedures for opening/closing inventories of food, ice, beverages and sundries.
• Stocks cart with food, ice, beverages, sundries and emergency supplies.
• Meets guests at least twice on both nines.
• Reconciles bank and inventory.
• Cleans and stores cart.
• Assists with clubhouse maintenance as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Has a complete and comprehensive knowledge of all menus including specials
• Has a solid understanding of all liquor, beer and wine that is offered toguests
• Accurately records all sales of food andbeverages
• When serving or operating the beverage cart: Creates experiences - indoors and out - that every guest will want to repeat
• Greets guest with a warm welcome that includes an introduction and uses the guest's name whenever possible
• Provides continual magical service that takes and fills orders accurately and uses the guest's name whenever possible.
• Ends with a fond farewell that uses the guest's name wheneverpossible
• When operating beverage cart, Obtains and assumes responsibility for bank
• Checks fuel and fluid levels on cart before use
• Follows all procedures - including opening and closing inventories - for obtaining food, ice, beverages and sundries
• Stocks cart with food, ice, beverages, sundries and emergencysupplies
• Meets every guest at least two times on both nines
• Reconciles bank and inventory
• Cleans and stores cart
• Shares the responsibility for maintenance of theclubhouse
• Other duties as assigned by the manager on duty.
