Job summary

Hanlim America Corporation is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to deliver friendly, efficient service to golfers on the course. You will operate the beverage cart, stock products, keep a clean, professional cart, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

This outdoor role requires strong customer service, reliable teamwork, and the ability to handle payments using the club's POS system. Weekend, holiday, and tournament days may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, food and beverage, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying organized and productive.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry stocked beverage products and supplies.
• Must be comfortable using a POS system and handling payments.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and tournament/event days as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the beverage cart throughout the golf course.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to golfers and guests.
• Take orders accurately and process payments using the club's POS system.
• Keep the beverage cart fully stocked with beverages, snacks, and other products.
• Restock products throughout the shift as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable beverage cart and work area.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures and complete required checklists.
• Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to management.
• Properly handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
• Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Assist with tournament and special-event beverage service when needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Help maintain the beverage garage and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
