This outdoor role requires you to stay active for extended periods, interact confidently with guests, and work weekends or tournament days as needed.

The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to golfers throughout their round. This position involves operating the beverage cart, keeping products stocked and organized, maintaining a clean and professional cart, and creating a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the beverage cart throughout the golf course.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to golfers and guests.
• Take orders accurately and process payments using the club's POS system.
• Keep the beverage cart fully stocked with beverages, snacks, and other products.
• Restock products throughout the shift as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable beverage cart and work area.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures and complete required checklists.
• Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to management.
• Properly handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
• Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Assist with tournament and special-event beverage service when needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Help maintain the beverage garage and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
