Job summary

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to develop KPIs and monitor manufacturing for beverage can production.

You will design and implement SOPs, collect and analyze data, and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across North American plants, training operators and engineers.

Collaborating with materials suppliers and cross-functional teams, you will push continuous improvement, reduce waste, and help Crown deliver best-in-class packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum five years manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certified.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of SPC, 5S, SMED and Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPIs and process monitoring for beverage manufacturing.
• Create and implement SOPs to control efficiency and quality.
• Collect and analyze process data to improve yield and reduce costs.
• Train plant personnel on new materials and technologies.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and costs.
• Coordinate technical reviews with material suppliers.
