Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is seeking a Direct Labor - General employee for our Sparta, Michigan location. The role focuses on precise blending of concentrate formulas, maintaining food safety and quality (CQP/CCP), and supporting SQF standards under supervision.

The position reports to QA leadership and requires a willingness to test product as needed. The role emphasizes manufacturing basics, adherence to customer specs, teamwork, and safety in a production environment.

Qualificações

• Six months manufacturing experience.
• Must be proficient in mathematics.

Responsabilidades

• Read and follow blending guidelines to match customer specs.
• Weigh and pump ingredients for batch; open drums for blending.
• Perform quality checks (brix, acid, pH, sensory, color) and adjust batches.
• Resolve batch errors and ensure food safety.
• Sanitize tanks and rooms; move drums for disposal or storage.
• Adhere to SQF requirements and notify management of safety issues.
• Taste test product as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
