Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean beverage areas in restaurant and casino bar stations.
• Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies.
• Remove empty bottles and trash.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks.
• Receive issues and keep records of liquor store and supplies.
• Serve as back up for bartenders when necessary.
• Promote outstanding guest services on a continual basis.
• Work as a team with bartenders, servers and supervisors to ensure an efficient operation.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist and cover bartender breaks when applicable.
• Replenish ice as needed.
• Anticipate needs of bartenders and guests.
• Follow CARE guidelines to assist guests with responsible consumption.
• Sweep and mop bar and beverage service areas daily.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Follows all C.A.R.E. guidelines to help assist with guests' responsible consumption.
