Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Bar Back in Warner Robins, GA to support bartenders by stocking supplies, maintaining a guest-ready bar area, and ensuring smooth service during busy periods.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and good communication with guests and team members. Prior Food & Beverage experience and safety certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a food and beverage position.
• Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred.
• Food Handling and Alcohol Safety certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Stock liquor, beer, wine.
• Cleans beverage equipment, glasses and service areas.
• Prep, set up, replenish and maintain “happy hour” buffets, if applicable
• Prepare and consistently maintain working area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere, including emptying trash.
• Maintain safety and security practices, have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service.
• Other duties as assigned, that the associate is capable of performing.

The Bar Back stocks and maintains supplies to assist the bartender in offering prompt and courteous services so the guests have an enjoyable experience. The position also maintains the cleanliness and guest-ready appearance of the outlet.

Prerequisites

Company associates have access to guestrooms and property. As such, character traits of honesty and trustworthiness are essential to this position and must be displayed at all times. Per company policy, potential associates must pass appropriate security clearances.

Summary Of Essential Job Functions
