Job summary

Catch Hospitality Group is opening a new restaurant and beverage program, seeking a Barback to join the launch team. You will prepare cocktail components, ensure bar readiness, and assist with inventory and restocking while supporting bartenders during service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale hospitality setting, with strong organization and teamwork skills. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Barback or beverage support experience in a high-volume, upscale hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Organized and proficient at multitasking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, stocking, and support tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Join the opening team and support the successful launch of a new restaurant and beverage program.
• Prepare cocktail batches, garnishes, syrups, juices, and other ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain bar readiness by stocking supplies, glassware, ice, and beverage products.
• Assist with inventory management, product rotation, restocking, and storage organization.
• Support bartenders during service with timely operational assistance and efficiency behind the bar.
• Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards across bar and beverage prep areas.
