Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of supervisory restaurant/lounge experience preferred.
• Must be TIPS certified.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Working knowledge of Info Genesis software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all beverage staff and operations.
• Analyze beverage data to drive improvements.
• Identify business needs and implement cost-saving or revenue-generating solutions.
• Develop and administer department controls to maintain standards and profitability.
• Assist with menu changes based on product mix and guest feedback.
• Support VIP guests and events with outstanding service.
• Institute cost control procedures and performance standards.
• Counsel, train, and guide staff on proper duties and procedures.
• Coordinate with management and other departments on POS system needs.
• Provide project leadership and manage assigned initiatives.
• Address customer complaints promptly and implement corrections.
