Responsibilities

• Produce a wide variety of beverage recipes according to standardized recipes.
• Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes.
• Work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Multitask in duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation.
• Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot issues with guidance.
• Identify and correct ingredients or finished products not meeting quality standards; maintain safety and sanitation.
• Prepare for semi-annual health department and external inspections.
• Create personalized customer experiences with product knowledge and accuracy.
• Provide effective service recovery when products do not meet expectations.
