Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced Spiral & Straight Bevel Gear Cutter/Gear Machinist for a direct hire in Broadview, IL. The role focuses on setup, cutting, inspection, and development of bevel gear sets using Gleason equipment. This position emphasizes reverse engineering, custom, low-volume work, and high-quality gear mesh.

Qualifications

• Previous bevel gear-cutting experience is required.
• Experience operating Gleason gear-cutting machines is strongly preferred.
• Spiral bevel gear-cutting experience is highly desirable.
• Straight bevel/Coniflex gear-cutting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Gleason bevel gear-cutting machinery.
• Produce spiral bevel and straight bevel gears.
• Configure machines for varying sizes, ratios, tooth geometries.
• Read gear prints and machine-setting data, adjust accordingly.
• Inspect gears during machining and after completion.
