Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Lab Technician and Office Manager to build and run the Innovation Lab, partnering with engineers to validate beverage‑dispensing products and execute test plans.

You will help design lab processes and maintain test environments for ongoing product development. Hybrid work environment with duties ranging from hands‑on testing to light office coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on technical/trade experience in engineering technology or similar.
• 2+ years in a lab, test engineering, field service, or equipment‑technician role.
• Ability to work independently and follow through in a evolving technical environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, test methods, and beverage‑specific requirements quickly.

Responsabilités

• Execute test plans across dispensed beverage products using ISO 17025 lab protocols.
• Install and test plumbing, CO2 lines, syrup connections, dispensers, and ice makers.
• Record and analyze data with rigor, coordinating with engineers and the Lab Manager.
• Support prototype builds and validation during NPD stage‑gate processes.
• Prepare beverages, ingredients, and test environments for evaluations.
