Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Lab Technician and Office Manager to build and run our Innovation Lab. You will execute test plans, validate new beverage products, and support lab operations while assisting with light office duties to keep the workspace organized and efficient.

You’ll work closely with engineers and product testers, design repeatable lab processes, and help scale the lab for future needs while maintaining data integrity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on technical/trade experience.
• 2+ years in a lab, test engineering, field service, or equipment technician role.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, test methods, and beverage-specific tech quickly.

Responsabilités

• Execute test plans across beverage products using ISO 17025 protocols.
• Record, analyze, and report data with traceability from sensor readings to pours.
• Support prototype builds and NPD validation through lab stages.
• Maintain lab equipment, calibration schedules, and inventory.
