Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a maintenance technician for utility-scale BESS power plants. Responsibilities include monitoring plant operation via SCADA, commissioning, testing, inspecting, and repairing AC/DC systems, inverters, PV arrays, transformers, switchgear, and meters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college/technical degree preferred.
• Electrical certifications, state, journeyman, etc. a plus.
• Military/utility training in power industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly KPIs: energy generation, planned maintenance and site efficiency.
• Maintain safety by adhering to protocols and environmental procedures.
• Manage PM work: measuring, reading, testing and maintaining site components.
