Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with complex electrical/industrial/automation systems.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage system-level technical requirements, ensuring proper implementation across subsystems and customer specs.
• Define and validate system architecture, including Battery Systems, PCS, SCADA, EMS, and Power Management Systems.
• Develop high-level system designs, block diagrams, and interface definitions with traceability and verification.
• Establish subsystem requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration and validation.
• Conduct trade-off analyses to optimize performance, cost, reliability, and scalability.
• Support system testing, verification processes, and validation results.
