Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for BESS + Solar projects. Lead multi-discipline teams to deliver engineering design, procurement and construction deliverables while coordinating with clients and project management.

The role requires an engineering degree, 8+ years of related experience, and strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid/flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required; PE license preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years related work experience in engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead large multi-discipline teams to deliver BESS + Solar projects.
• Manage engineering design, material, equipment, and EPC activities.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
• Support business development and project proposals.
