Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive performance improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and industry software.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and coaching to production employees.
• Monitor performance, give feedback, and conduct reviews with the Production Manager.
• Ensure training on equipment operation, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist management with daily production and assembly line operations.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement to reduce costs.
