Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in BESS construction required.
• Must maintain 2 years as a General Foreman level.
• Familiarity with NFPA 855 and applicable IEEE standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple crews during the project.
• Maintain daily crew timesheets and accurate documentation.
• Monitor and review equipment usage and inventory.
• Enforce safety protocols specific to BESS.

Skills

BESS construction expertise

Knowledge of OSHA and utility safety standards

Ability to read engineering drawings

Mentoring and developing personnel

Strong communication skills

Education

High school diploma or GED

Technical or vocational degree preferred
