Job summary

A national construction firm is looking for a BESS Senior Electrical Superintendent responsible for managing utility scale solar projects across multiple states. This position requires strong leadership skills, handling all field execution responsibilities, and effective resource planning. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in construction management or engineering, along with 5 years' experience in a similar role. This is a full-time exempt position that requires substantial travel.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as the General Superintendent on utility scale solar/bess projects.
• Journeyman or masters license, or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire.
• STS-C Certification at a minimum, or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire.
• Experience with multiple direct reports and ability to lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple utility scale solar/bess projects.
• Coordinate field execution of the project.
• Supervise all field construction work by the company's forces.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective placement of contracted work.
