Job summary

TAKKION is seeking a Store Manager to lead an in-store team and drive key performance indicators through exceptional customer experience. You will recruit and train staff, monitor performance, and align operations with business trends and feedback.

You will build relationships with associates and peers, supervise daily activities, and ensure high quality standards while delivering consistent coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• 2+ years' of retail or equivalent management experience.
