Job Description

We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our distinctive brick oven, made of 936 bricks, symbolizes our commitment to authenticity and excellence. We are seeking motivated individuals to help us grow brick by brick through innovation and dedication.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Collect money from customers
2. Ensure order accuracy when packing food
3. Accurately process payments and cash out with the manager
4. Visually inspect all products to ensure garnishes and presentation meet standards
5. Report all food and service complaints to the manager

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs
• Work well under pressure and remain active for a 9-hour shift
• Effective communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to motor vehicle laws when driving
• Use personal vehicle for deliveries, responsible for damages, insurance, and gas
