Job summary

SumUp in Berlin is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support Amazon and other e-commerce channels, tracking orders, resolving issues, ensuring inventory accuracy, and handling returns to maintain a high customer experience.

The role is based on-site in our Berlin office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable scalable growth, data-driven improvements, and proactive issue resolution throughout the fulfillment process.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on Amazon logistics or large-scale e-commerce fulfillment.
• Proficient in SAP logistics modules, WMS, TMS, Tableau, Google Sheets and Excel.
• Ability to drive cost savings and improve delivery performance across the logistics chain.

Responsibilities

• Improve and streamline Amazon logistics processes for better efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks to minimize disruptions.
• Proactively manage expectations and leverage Amazon transport portal to stay ahead.
• Align internal stakeholders with clear, timely communication.
• Negotiate with freight partners for reliable, cost-effective capacity.
• Use SAP, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Excel to monitor shipments and automate reporting.
